⚠️ Once goods are collected or delivered, NO refunds, cancellations or amendments accepted.

False disputes after receipt of goods may be treated as fraud and reported to authorities.

3. Delivery & Collection

Customers must verify their order at collection or delivery. Once goods leave our premises, Desi Tikka Street accepts no responsibility. Concerns must be raised before leaving.

4. Privacy Policy

We collect your name, email, phone and order details to process orders only. We do not sell your data.

5. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback after receiving your order constitutes fraud. We keep full records and will dispute false claims and pursue legal action if necessary.
